Great maintenance service

I would recommend Aeris when it comes to checking for Asbestos in the home. We used this company while having major plumbing done in our home to check for asbestos and they were very efficient and knowledgeable as well. They were very quick in getting the results. It was a bit pricey but it was well worth every penny.

I just bought a new older home and was not sure if there were any materials that could pose a health issue for our family. I called AERIS in the morning and they had someone out that afternoon to inspect. They were very upfront with what they saw and were not interested in simply adding services to generate a big bill which they totally could have done. I highly recommend giving them a call if you are not sure of the risk of materials that may cause health issues for your family in your home.

These are the times where I wish there were an option for 6 or 10 stars to rate companies. From initial phone call to the end results, Jesse and the rest of his team were prompt, knowledgeable, professional, honest and just plain perfect. If you are looking for a better environmental consultancy firm other than Aeris in South Florida, good luck but you are just wasting your time.

Incredibly professional and prompt, they were able to come out next day and Alejandra took the samples for possible asbestos to the lab same day on Friday and sent me test results at dawn on Monday. She went above and beyond to get answers for my family’s safety. They’ll be my first call for any related service in the future.

I was referred to Aeris when I urgently needed an asbestos survey conducted for my renovation project. I called Aeris on Monday afternoon and they had a technician (Ali) to the apartment on Wednesday morning.
Ali was very professional and knowledgeable, and just a really nice person altogether. She explained to me everything she was doing and why, and took the time to answer my questions. She promised to follow up with me by phone in two days (which she did) , and to have a final lab report the following week (which she did). The final price was consistent with the original estimate, and everything they promised to me was delivered on time. Totally positive experience.

Totally reccomend Aeris for any mold remediation, concerns or inspections. Professional company and very considerate. We dealt with Jesse during 2 of our new home inspections and he couldn’t had been more thorough and detailed with his findings. I am amazed at how great customer service this company gives, and we are talking about an asbestos test! something scary if you dont know and most people dont know nothing about asbestos until the city makes you do an asbestos test!
I called two other companies before AERIS, one recommended by the architect, they wanted to charge the same for two apartments when one was definetly less complicated and will do less demolition… the other company wanted the demolition quotes and they said they will contact me when received…. never happend even I sent the quotes inmediatly….
When I called AERIS they respond to my message very fast and I spoke with Jesse Alban and he was very knowleadgeable and he explained to me what the test is and how is charged and he assured me that yes my apartment will cost less than the other one, we would find out final price at the end depending in how many samples he needed to take but he gave a range of price that seemed fair. I end up payig $400 less dollars than the first company quoted! Is not a cheap test but is worth knowing specially if you have an apt in an old building. During the test he was also excellent explaining what and why he was taking samples and he even took the time to call me in advance, before issuing of the report, to explain what the lab found and which were my options, he really takes care of his cutsomers and takes the time to explain everthing. Something that I appreciated a lot because is something you dont know much about.
I recommend you talk with him before doing anything and just by talking you will find that you can trust this company!

The Aeris Company Jessie and Alejandra were truly a life saving entity. At a time when our resident was environmentally compromised. Upon meeting we had a short interview together describing our troubles and proceeded with there work and scientifically sensitive instruments.There observation took hours and once completed..days later we received a lengthy report describing our issues and that of black mold. They were very gracious to receive phone calls about our issues. A job well done and highly refer them.
