Post Remediation Verification (PRV) or also known as Clearance Testing is to ensure the property owners and occupants are aware of the remediation efforts that have taken place. Mold, asbestos, and lead removal all require a disruptive type of cleaning or removal. This disturbance causes airborne particulates that may lead to elevated levels of spores, fibers, and dust. These elevations may cause a variety of symptoms by inhaling, ingesting, and direct contact.
Upon the completion of the remediation, post remediation verification takes place. Should the containment be deemed successful, the remediation expert should be advised to move forward with reconstruction of the affected areas. In the event of an unsuccessful remediation, the remediation expert will be required to further remediate the contained areas. This process will continue until success has been achieved. Using our Post Remediation Verification can help you determine if the mold remediation is done properly. Rebuilding prior to receiving a verification report will only increase one’s cost not only in materials affected but in possible cross contamination.
The Aeris team provides testing immediately after removal of water damage, sewage, mold, and many other contaminated materials. We use proper tools and testing devices such as a microscope, on-site sampling, moisture meters, and other diagnostic tools to determine the condition of air and surfaces. Our team provides proper guidance to ensure rectify any issues not previously addressed during the remediation efforts. A final report with supporting documentation of a satisfactory project will be provided to all clients.
Our team of experts understands how hard it can be to manage all parts of a project, and hence we are truly dedicated to our client’s service experience. Providing the best and unbiased results are what allows our clients to truly have peace of mind when completing remediation.
